SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are made to order minus the soaps. Our soaps are made daily if not weekly to provide you with creative and skin nourishing options. Due to this concept soaps are available after curing for 4-6 weeks depending upon the recipe used. Aside from our soaps and custom orders all other orders are processed as they come in and are shipped no later than 5 days after processing.
If a customized order has been placed, it will take exactly 4-6 weeks to cure before shipping. Please be mindful of both the season and the type of products you order for customization, this can add time to your shipment date.
Once an order has been fulfilled you shall receive a tracking number via the email used to create the order. Please make sure all shipping and payment information is accurate to limit any confusion and eliminate any delay in shipping.
REFUND POLICY
If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products or if you believe that shipping is taking too long and you'd like to cancel your order please do so 3-5 days after payment was made. After the 5th day we are only offering partial refunds due to our shipping policy. In which all non-customized items will ship in no more than 5 days after payment has been processed.
All customized sales are final. This is due to the time and products it took to create your vision. However if the customized item is not to your liking we are prepared to offer a 25% refund.
